PAYMENT
You pay for your online order through iDeal, Shop Pay, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Maestro, Paypal, ApplePay or bank transfer. Additional transfer costs for bank transfers from abroad are borne by the buyer.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for orders within the US is 2 - 3 working days. We ship with UPS/Fedex/USPS.
As soon as the order is confirmed, an e-mail will be sent with all the details including the shipment.

Free Shipping over $25. Shipping costs may vary depending on the location for orders below $25.
DAMAGED GOODS
In case you receive a damaged package or goods, please send us an e-mail with your order number and photo of the goods/package to info@thegoldcase.com and we will get back to you to sort the issue.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days after delivery date. Before you return your purchase please send an e-mail with track-and-trace-code to info@thegoldcase.com. Items with signs of use, scratches or damages caused despite of what is stated in the user manuel will be rejected and returned to sender. Once your return has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return, we check the products and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days, including the shipping costs of your order.
