1) Returns & Exchanges (General)

 


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need a return or exchange, please contact us at info@thegoldcase.com before sending any item back.


To be eligible for a return or exchange:

 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging (including tags, boxes, protective materials, if applicable)

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

 

 


 

 

2) Return Window

 


You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.


After 30 days, we may not be able to accept returns unless required by law or in special circumstances (e.g., damaged/incorrect item).

 


 

 

3) Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

 


The following are generally not eligible for return:

 

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or missing original packaging

  • Any item returned without prior approval

 

 


 

 

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

 


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thegoldcase.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue (item + packaging label)

 


We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation and stock availability.

 


 

 

5) How to Start a Return

 

 

  1. Email info@thegoldcase.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. If approved, we will send return instructions and the return address (if applicable).

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it as instructed.

 


Important: Returns sent without approval may be refused.

 


 

 

6) Return Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Customer-initiated returns/exchanges: return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility.

  • Our error (wrong/damaged/defective item): we cover shipping where applicable.

 


We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

 


 

 

7) Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your return:

 

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

 


Processing times:

 

  • Refund processing can take 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

 


 

 

8) Exchanges

 


If you want an exchange:

 

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
