This Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made from The Gold Case (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need a return or exchange, please contact us at info@thegoldcase.com before sending any item back.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Items must be returned with original packaging (including tags, boxes, protective materials, if applicable)
A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
After 30 days, we may not be able to accept returns unless required by law or in special circumstances (e.g., damaged/incorrect item).
The following are generally not eligible for return:
Items marked Final Sale
Gift cards
Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or missing original packaging
Any item returned without prior approval
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thegoldcase.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos/videos of the issue (item + packaging label)
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation and stock availability.
Email info@thegoldcase.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
If approved, we will send return instructions and the return address (if applicable).
Pack the item securely and ship it as instructed.
Important: Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Customer-initiated returns/exchanges: return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility.
Our error (wrong/damaged/defective item): we cover shipping where applicable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing times:
Refund processing can take 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you want an exchange:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the desired item is out of stock, we can offer a refund or store credit (where applicable).
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@thegoldcase.com.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel and you may need to follow the return process after delivery.
